The apartments vary in size: the one-bedroom apartments include a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, while the two-bedroom apartments include a living room with a large open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Particular care has been given to the furnishings, which are high quality and beautifully designed.

VAT, water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (kitchen linen excluded) with weekly change, air conditioning, parking space and use of the swimming pool, final cleaning (kitchen and dishes excluded).

Restaurants, diving center, beach service and dinghy rental with 4-stroke engines are available through partner agreements.

A security deposit of € 200.00 is required on arrival, to guarantee that the apartment is returned in perfect condition.

Extra final cleaning for kitchenette: € 50.00 if left dirty.

Pets: small dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are not left free in common areas or by the pool, with a supplement of € 6.00 per day.

One third of the total amount is due at booking confirmation by bank transfer or postal money order, with the balance due on arrival.

Apartment delivery: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (please notify management for arrivals outside these hours).
Apartment check-out: by 9:30 am on the day of departure.

If the rental is cancelled by the Client, the following penalties will apply:

10% up to 30 days before the start of the stay
25% from 29 to 22 days before
50% from 21 to 8 days before
75% from 7 to 3 days before
100% thereafter

Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and after 11:00 pm.
