Through the contact form, we may collect your full name, telephone number, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, any message you send, and any other information voluntarily provided by the user.

The data are used exclusively to respond to requests for information and availability relating to the apartments.

The processing of data submitted through the contact form is necessary in order to respond to the user's request and for any pre-contractual activities connected with the stay request.

Data retention period

Data submitted through the form are kept for the time necessary to respond to the request and to manage any subsequent communications. If no further relationship follows, the data will not be kept longer than necessary to manage the request, unless retention is required by law.

For the functioning of the website, technical services provided by third parties may be used, including Web3Forms for contact form management, Google Maps for map display, Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs for loading graphic and technical resources.
